missing pm_helper

Intimate appears to be missing /sbin/pm_helper.  Copying this file
from the familiar distribution appears to work (although I haven't
done any tests to determine whether it's *really* going to sleep and
saving batteries.

Is there an intimate package to install that has pm_helper?  Running
"apt-get install pm_helper" didn't yield any suggestions.
