Unwanted rebooting

Does anyone have a problem where pressing the suspend/resume button to bring it 
out of suspend mode on the ipaq causes it to reboot?  It is a very annoying 
problem, and it has corrupted my kernel image (i had mounted /boot, and was 
unable to unmount it before the ipaq unexpectedly rebooted, and this seemed to 
corrupt the kernel image).  Anyway, if anyone else is having this problem or 
knows a fix, please reply.  It is a major bug!
