Updated the intimate tgz file

I've updated the intiamte.tgz file. It's kind of obsolete really as the
installer can now install onto an nfs mount, but for those of us who can't
use rsync due to firewalls etc, it's the only option.

The file is at http://intimate.handhelds.org/intimate20011113.tar.bz2 . I've
updated the download page to reflect the new file name.
