2GB card:
2.6.12.5.1 working (my image - MG patches)
>= 2.6.13, 2.6.18-7xx not working (my image - MG patches, lime image)

512MB card:
all three images work

512MB, no speed spec (old card), Kingmax KCF512M-KT2A0SEA 0kB cache
CHS=999/16/63 Vcc=?
2GB, 133X, Kingston 1kB cache CHS=4029/16/63 Vcc=3.3V

512MB old one. It my be, that the problem is already in J720 hardware.
