I was under the assumption that the only way to attach BGA was to use a reflow oven as you
couldn't actually get an iron under there.  Am I mistaken?  Do you have a reflow oven?
If not, my friend has two.  A cheap crappy one that turned out to be mostly useless and a
really, really nice one that's missing its tempurature probes and controls, so he needs to
build that for it first.
