Journada 56x serial port file transfer

Hi Today I successfully installed Opie on Journada 564 using http://handhelds.org/~chicken/oe/images/opie-image-jornada56x- 20061227184810.rootfs.jffs2 image. I connect my PC to the PocketPC through serial cradle and I do not have USB cradle at hand. I can login using Windows Hyper Terminal but I cannot figure out how to download files to the PocketPC through serial terminal Can anybody help me with this issue? Any help will be very much appreciated
