Re: invalid actions/missing components - windows issues

Sorry about the 720degrees.org issue - it has been an ongoing problem with 
our domain hoster, and we will likely switch.

In the meantime, I do recommend all users to use the 
stevenwiki.homedns.org/720/ address for both apt and documentation.
