I have just received a Jornada 720 that I purchased thru Ebay from a vend=
or in England. I live in the U.S.. I originally recived a 680 from him, a=
long with the necessary applicable software, but I was never able to get =
it connected to my laptop computer. I was never able to add the software =
for anything to work (a wireless card, prgrams, etc.) The device crapped =
out on me and I sent it back to the vendor to be replaced. I just receive=
d the newer model ( the 720) but the software I have, again, is for the 6=
80! He did not send updated software CD's and I am unable to contact the =
Limey prick.

How can I get connected to my laptop?! I have a cradle and a USB cable co=
nnection (which I just purchased. I didn't have one before) but when it t=
ries to connect to my laptop ( a Toshiba Satelite L25 Sries)  I get a "cr=
itical 678' error message. I don't know what I can do further to get conn=
ected to my computer! I am not very computer savy and am un familier with=
 the language to know what kind of download I should use or what I should=
 (or shouldn't) download.=20

Can someone, please, assist me in getting my Jornada connected to my lapt=
op? I am at my wits end! The device works great but I can't DO anything w=
ith what is on the device! I can't access ny documents or synchronize any=
 information! Ca you please help? Is there a phone number or someplace I =
can call for tech support? All help would be appreciated.
