A "level attenuator" is just a resistor divider, do that you can lower the audio output from your rig (probably something around 300mV), to whatever the jornada ADC expects (probably something around 10mV). For a DC blocking cap probably 1uF would be sufficient. If you aren't sure about the electronics, don't attempt this - as you mentioned, try glueing an small headphone to the mic instead. vy 73 Jacek SQ5BPF
