why audio capture gets only zeros?

hi all,
I'm trying to figure out why audio capture do not works, and i noticed that=
=20
the ioctl works, but you the audio read() reads only 0's from the mic.

I think its better to make the driver work ok in kernel 2.4, and then port =
it=20
to 2.6.
