Nope, not currently. 'Applets' are now stacked from either end (
decided by specifying +/-ive geometry ). 

The movement code was ugly, cludgy and didn't really work all that well
so I pulled it out. Im also became convinced how essential it is,
considering the pain it was causing me. 

I plan to write a GUI tool soon ( probably with a toolkit ) for
managing the panel apps and moving them in terms of reordering at
least.
