centering xine window

How can I get a window centered on screen?

For example, I want to run xine with a 300x200 video on an xga display,
and want to keep it at it's native pixel resolution on screen.

However, I want the video in the center, rather than in the upper left
corner of the screen as it is handled now.  I also want to get rid of the
bright blue borders on the right and bottom that I am seeing and just 
have a black background.

What's the easiest way to do this?
