matchbox-panel-0.8.1--- error

Hi All,

I am using toolchain build with binutils-2.14,gcc-332 ,glibc-232 , and I 
am  using xc-4.4.

compiled  libmatchbox-1.2 , matchbox-common-0.8,  matchbox-desktop-0.8 , 
  matchbox-panel-0.8.1,  matchbox-themes-extra-0.3 and 
matchbox-window-manager-0.8.1 .
  when  I run the matchbox-panel I am getting the following error.
The libpng version I am using is with my toolchain is 1.2.5

Please tell me what am i doing wrong here.I have checked the  png.h file 
  it is using is png.h(1.2.5) only  but when I run application getting 
the above error. I have tried even copying 1.2.5 version of png.h into 
libmatchbox-1.2/libmb directory but there is no change in the error .
Has  any body in he list Had the similar kind of error ,tell me
from where libmatchbox-1.2 picking the wrong headers

please Tell me what is the libpng  version you are  using with 
matchbox-0.8.1 package.
