Matchbox on Zaurus C700

Hi, I've just started getting to grips with my first handheld PDA, a 
Zaurus C700. The matchbox screenshots are so yummy I'd love to run it, 
is that something that's possible on the C700? And once installed can I 
still run Kanji Nirvana, Zten and the Sharp Zaurus CRIM (Character 
recognition software) for my Japanese language needs? If the answers 
are yes, can anyone point me in the direction of an instruction guide 
to get me started? Things like what Rom do I need to install, pdaXrom? 
I'm a complete newbie but I'm prepared to get stuck in if need be.
