You've built a debug matchbox thats why your getting loads of messages 
- dont build with --enable-debug. Can you give any more information on 
the hang ?

$ the hang is due to BadWindow Error as i mentioned before. I have no clue
why i get the same.....
I am pretty naive to window managers....and X ...

The system still responds to ping but does not respond to Ctrl+C or
Ctrl+Alt+Del - Only works on hard reboot.

When it restarts - it says "illegal shutdown or the normal forced shutdown
linux message"
