Matchbox and smartphone

Hi!
    We want to use matchbox as our smartphone window manager, here we 
have 2 questions and hope someone can help us to find out.
1.  How does matchbox configure to show all programs as TAB view?
2.  How to make quick buttons or shortcut buttons, which like M$ wince 
smartphone, in matchbox?
