Matchbox 0.1.8 error on install/upgrade

uhm... the old ipkg had no such message, but the new ipkg-unstable
does.

It's important and it is uncovering a few packaging bugs. (eg. ipkg
and menu-tiny have both been installing /usr/bin/update-menus).

That's the correct solution. Maybe in the case of a clashing file
being "provided by package <no package>" I could add some text to the
error message:

	"Please move this file out of the way and try again."

What do you think? Would that make it more clear.
