New gtk-menu replacement alpha

Hi all;

Theres a _very_ early version of a pure xlib gtk-menu 'replacement' in
my downloadables[1] directory. Its just a binary at the moment;

Features currently include;

  - AA text
  - Survives rotations.
  - Parses /usr/lib/menu/* directly
    ( not sure how 'bad' this is,  but it avoids a python dep )
  - Has transparancy, though this will probably be dropped as
    its a hack as is causing problems. 

I hope to add icon support, 'scrollbar like behaviour' for oversized
menus and maybe a few other bits.

Please be aware it may segfualt on parsing /usr/lib/menu - if it does
please send me the output it gives you before breaking.
