[ANN] Matchbox X11 Window Manager 0.3 pre releases

Hi all;

Just a quick mail to say preview releases of matchbox 0.3 are
available for people to play with and hopefully find and report bugs. 

You can find them here ( the newest of which is 0.3pre3 );

Please please please read the readme before you even consider
installing;
