List Moderation

I think that the signal:noise (message:spam) ratio is now somewhere 
around 1:10 on this list.  If the list owner would like someone to 
moderate, I volunteer to do so.  I know that modern versions of Mailman 
allow separate "list moderator" roles, so I could approve messages 
without having any other access to the list.  It really should not be 
too hard since this is a low-traffic list anyway.
