Hi; Dual screens is something Im really interested in but have never had any hardware like this ( I have a DS but afaik they dont run X yet ? ). I think with Xnest you *can* simulate multiple screens by providing multiple -screen arguments or something. I've been meaning to add this kind of support into Xephyr for ages - it would actually be pretty east to do just alot of refactoring around internally to actually handle multiple screens. Anyway to make current MB support multiple screens will be a major PITA. The easiest way todo this I think is to run two MB's, one on each screen and have some kind of proxy app with uses EWMH foo to communicate and control each in sync. Multiple screen support is planned for MB II however. But at current rate it will be a while before that becomes use-able. Hope that helps a bit; -- Matthew On Thu, 2006-06-01 at 17:42 +0200, Bignaux Ronan wrote: > Hello , > > I would like to use Matchbox on a dual LCD screen Arm device ( not yet > developed , perharps my study case could help also for the dslinux > project ? ) .
