OE Rebuild still broken.

I wrote:

Ok, I had read about the binary locale generation problem, and here's what my local.conf in org.openembedded.oz354x/conf has:

Most of this is from the example openzaurus3.5.4 conf shipped, with minor edits.  The bitbake command line was:
bitbake opie-kdepim-image

Anything else to try, or any other logfiles to look at to see the failure?
