This has been fixed, and works in RC-4 AFAICT.

AFAICT from reading the OESF thread, you have a problem connecting
SSH, and not really IP, right ? (in any case...).

I would suspect some incompatibility with both SSH version on the Z
and on your Win...

Have you tried with same hardware and another OS/SSH client on your
box ? (maybe through some GNU/Linux Live CD ?).
