I gave some vague estimates at the top of the Howto link.  I'll stick my
neck out further here...

We now have a 3 MB database dumpfile.  Edits are spiky so it's hard to
predict but I doubt the database will pass 5 MB before the end of the
year or 10 MB in 2 years.  Pretty modest.

Each nightly update is only a few hundred KB in network traffic.  You'll
never notice it.  Even a flurry of edits probably won't drive it over a
MB.

The MediaWiki software takes up around 17MB in your htdocs directory.
This will start to grow when I enable image uploads.  I doubt it will
grow very fast though.
