It sounds fine to me. The only thing I would object to is if the bugs
were closed without reason. If they're told to report it in the correct
bugzilla when you close it, a reason is given and everyone should be
happy. The users should also learn and only need to be told once.

I'm fairly sure OZ users have already been asked to use the oe bugzilla
unless they're sure its a bug in a hh.org package.
