ipkg update; ipkg upgrade

This should fix it - you would have to load 'ohci-hcd' by hand anyway 
after boot to get wlan0 up. I had those fixes/hacks on my 3.5.4.2-pre 
Tosa and finally found time to add them into OE.

You have to load 'g_ether' module to get usb0 working.
