OK, I'm still working on this stuff. I've just got fast rotation, 
cropping and centre-ing going in full screen mode.

I think it's now better than the video playback on cacko.

I even played some wm9 wmv files, and they were good, except I had to 
switch off the audio, as just the audio decode was taking 80% of the 
CPU. I wonder if there is some floating point in the wmv audio decode?

Now, I'm going to get the OSD going.

I still need to look into the issue with the overlay never disappearing 
when I change resolution.

Also, is there a way to stop the screen blanking, and also the change in 
backlight brightness after a few seconds?
