You shouldn't have to set them, no. We've pretty much just ignored
those for a while now. I've pushed rev
729174a6a93a287d2c1e9c80e8c500966985adea which has a qemu-native
provider set for OZ. I'm not currently seeing the libc one, though. Is
your OE tree up to date?
