Hi Tim,

I use konqueror-embedded (v20030705-r3); works perfectly for me (OZ 3.5.4 @ 
collie). It supports SSL (you need to install optional packages for this), 
javascript, has still a quite recent rendering engine ...

For PDA optimized pages it works just as is, together with 
http://www.skweezer.net/ you can browse almost every page (similar to opera's 
small screen rendering engine).

(will uploade some more screenshots this night).
