Just to clarify the issue, there are currently three different poodle's being discussed. One was recently offered on IRC and is currently in the UK. I suggested that as I'm also in the UK, it would be the ideal the device to get to me. I contacted the person concerned but have heard nothing further so I don't know what's happening with this. I'm chasing it up now (and have bcc'd this to the person concerned). The second device is the OESF one bought by the users. As this one is supposed to be testing release images and fixing userspace bugs its probably not as appropriate for me to me involved with that one and coredump/hrw/you(mickeyl) would be better recipients. The third device is the one currently held by John Lenz. If the above device doesn't materialise, I'm probably in the best position to continue Jobn's 2.6 work and will accept Dow's offer. I agree that having the devices available to travel to developers who can make use of them would be ideal although the device owners such as Dow need to be consulted on that.
