Disable highlight, blank screen on suspend start

Hello,

For some unknown to me reason, suspend operation takes up to five seconds on
my Zaurus (SL-5500, OZ 3.5.4, Opie, root-on-SD). As screen-blanking is the
only feedback one receives about completion of the operation, 5 seconds
frustrates the user.

To increase feeling of fast responsiveness of the Zaurus, I propose to
disable highlight and blank screen on start of the suspend operation.

That would send to user signal that "suspend" operation was accepted,
prompting him to release the "Cancel" button. AFAIK, we still have
unresolved stuckage of the Z caused by user pressing "Cancel" button for too
long.
