Hi. I'd like to report some strange behaviour I've had with my akita, on which I had installed 3.5.4.1-RC4. I've been testing a little bit, and at some point, probably after having resumed from suspend, the machine was unresponsive... I did a reset and rebooted, which only went til a certain point where I would only see a black screen, and the machine quite stuck... The "disk activity"/mail led had been flicking for a while then nothing. Only suspend and resume would do something, but apart from that plain black screen (although lit)... I tried and re-flash the gpe image, and it unfortunately didn't help : same problem... I don't have any clue of what went wrong, but I didn't play alot with it, so it seems like there may be a nasty bug somewhere around... I've restored NAND then reinstalled and will pray for not meeting the same problem again (or this time be able to provide more debug disagnostics ? ;) I hope that if someone faces the same, it would help confirm I didn't dream and it's not my fault also ;) Anyway, the fact that the boot process won't provide any diagnostics until messages from altboot may be pretty fine for a long-tested stable release, but I seem it's a bit premature now considering the novelty of 3.5.4.x on clamshell models. What d'you think ?
