I went through three DLink DCF-660W cards myself, and ending up selling my Zaurus because of it. It looks like it might just be a Dlink issue, though. I bought a new Zaurus and a CF wifi card that was reccomended on this list. I haven't had time to play with it, but when I asked about the dlink problem I don't think people quite believed me.
