In my minimal experience, it is normal that it compiles and actually
creates IPK files of a bunch of tools.  Is it actually working or it
just hangs there doing nothing?

Last time I built zsafe I launched it around 10:00 PM and ended around
1:30 AM. (he he, I can't remember the speed of the CPU I was using,
but probably 1.8 or 2 Ghz)  But depending on what tools need to be
built for 'nano' it may take more or less.

One think to watch out for is that you are using the right
org.embedded branch, I was using the 'dev' branch when trying to
compile for OZ 3.5.4.
