I also experienced this on my tosa.  I had to reset and upon the next boot, 
everything worked just fine.

And on the topic of calibration, I'm having much trouble with it -- literally 
to the point of having to recalibrate my tosa every few minutes to have a 
useable stylus.  I'm on 3.5.4.1-rc1, but this has been true for 3.5.4 and for 
3.5.2.  I think even Sharp ROM is a bit problematic.  I've been very careful 
with the screen.  Do you think this is a hardware problem?  I ask because I 
haven't seen anybody on the list or the forum mention this.
