DISCLAIMER:  I do not have a 5600.

The last OSPack for the 5600 is at 
<http://www.myzaurus.com/ROMupdate6.asp>.  You probably want the 
560v132c.zip file, as that's the one that contains the files necessary 
to upgrade via CF.  You should probably flash that, confirm that the 
stock install works, then retry installing OZ.
