Firefox Keymap Issue

Im running Openzaurus with GPE, and Im absolutely loving it.
One very minor issue is driving me crazy though, I have a username for a
couple of sites, which contains the underscore character. For the life
of me, I cannot type this in Firefox, but I can type it in every other
application I have found so far, from the terminal to the GPE browser.

Anyone know whats going on?
