HITACHI Microdrive detected as a card

Hi List-

I just installed OZ 3.5.4.1 (Opie) on my shiny new 3200 according to the
howto on the wiki, and the process went very smoothly and quickly.  Thanks
for the nice tutorial to he/she/those who authored it.

The only problem I've noticed thus far is that the 6GB Hitachi Microdrive is
getting detected as a card in a card slot.  I can still insert (and have
detected) regular mass storage cards in the physical CF slot (detected as
being in "slot 2" (or slot 1 in a 0/1 numbering scheme), but I'd hate to
make the mistake of "ejecting" the Microdrive.

Any thoughts on how to fix this (or if it needs to be fixed)?  Aside from
the fact that this is obviously incorrect, I don't see any problems
resulting from it, but it concerns me for its implications and possibility
of future problems associated with it.
