I've not tried Angstrom yet, so at least thought I'd take a look at the 
above linked info. One of the first things I encounter in a readme is:

ROTFL. 5 is my favourite.

A small hint. Users /might/ stop complaining about unstable images when 
there's an alternative that isn't unstable. Opinions regarding their 
moral rectitude are irrelevant as far as their continued behaviour goes; 
that's life.

If one still wishes to try to encourage certain more helpful behaviours:

1) first learn how to deal with people.
2) If one can't or won't, recognise ones own limits & delegate.
3) If there is no one else, just be quiet. That's probably preferable to 
failing to achieve ones aims & coming over as a little Hitler.

It's no wonder the author feels tired. He keeps trying to swim against 
the natural flow.
