You misunderstand me. As a description of desired workflow what you say =

...however the tone with which it was said is not IMO helpful. Nor is =

repeatedly saying it likely to make users behave in that way. I'm afraid =

developer frustration will not change that.

Again, you misunderstand me. Of course your explanation for why there =

isn't more stable code currently available is correct. Once again =

however this fact will have little impact on much user feedback. As soon =

as you make a widespread release of desired code which is in this state =

you will get such feedback.

My comments are meant to make no assertions over how these projects are =

being developed or should be; they purely relate to some developers =

repeated expressions of frustration & possibly anger with user behaviour =

which is inevitable.

FWIW I would give the directions Koen gave, but without the quite clear =

expression of anger & frustration as that component achieves nothing, =

again IMO.
