Have you got a CF card? Put the files on there and try again if you 
have.

I have seen this problem here - where the Sharp updater kernel can not 
see some SD cards. I think there are two problems:

1 - cards bigger than 1GB (but this isn't effecting you).

2 - something to do with the partition table/formating of the card.
