Hi again! I am not sure if everybody is keeping their eye on opie-devel but there's Slavek's post http://article.gmane.org/gmane.comp.handhelds.opie.devel/3734 He posted a solution for the arrows : "However if I set QWS_KEYBOARD to 'USB:/dev/input/event1 USB:/dev/input/event2 TTY', arrows works too. Only one button does not work - power button." Can somebody confirm that it works ? I have just tried that with negative result. Also I had a thought recently - those numbers - don't they remind You anything - maybe the "numlock" is ON ?:) Rene: I have spotted one thing about Your patch - the keys are working correctly on the desktop and in the "button settings" but try going i.e. to the console. There only the calendar and the contacts work - itasks and mail don't. That can also be the correct way they should work and I might be wrong. Cheers :D Michal On 7/28/06, Michal Panczyk <[email protected]> wrote: > Hey everybody... > I have just tried the rc3 - wow - what a improvement!!! > Most of the things that I have complained work > . > Brightness - works - it only sometimes changes - I need to spend more > time to figure the situations when that happens. > Battery - works fine - sometimes gets crazy (i.e. just after > disconnecting from A/C when it is fully charged - complains about > "critical level" ) - no big thing. > Keys -almost just like Marcos said. > I am using pure rc3 - I am not sure if it has the patch applied or not .... > Only two keys work: calendar and contacts.
