Colleagues,
I use both CVS and SVN. The only advantage of SVN is it's better 
suitability for refactoring.
The disadvantage of any moving is the fact that we may lose at least the 
history at most - the whole project.
So, if there is a way to move from CVS to SVN smoothly with all the 
history, we may try to do this. Otherwise, I see a reason to start a new 
project (probably OPIE II if we decide to do this) on SVN and keep 
working on OPIE I under CVS.
