Hi,

I have build qt-2.3-20 and opie 1.2 with crosscompiler 2.95.3, because
when I tried with a higher version (3.3.2) I got libqte and libpe
undefined references errors.
...
/home/cris/ipaqhome/qt-2.3.10/lib/libqte.so: referencia a
`QListBox::returnPressed(QListBoxItem*)' sin definir
/home/cris/ipaqhome/qt-2.3.10/lib/libqte.so: referencia a
`QPopupMenu::activatedRedirect(int)' sin definir
/home/cris/ipaqhome/qt-2.3.10/lib/libqte.so: referencia a
...
Everything seemed to work fine, until I tried to execute myhello
program in my h5450 ipaq and I got the following error:
/opt/QtPalmtop/bin/myhello: symbol lookup error:
/opt/QtPalmtop/bin/myhello: undefined symbol: _7QString.shared_null
I read in this list: "To compile a program for use on Familiar 0.8.2,
you need to use a more recent toolchain, as programs compiled with gcc
v2.95.x won't work."
Then my question is how can I use a more recent toolchain if I can't
compile opie with that toolchain? Am I doing anything wrong? Is there
any way to compile qt and opie with 3.3x or 3.4x toolchain?
If not, can you suggest some other way to compile programs for opie
1.2 and familiar 0.8.2?

than you so much!
