I'm trying the devel list too just in case ... Ok I'll just keep responding to myself :) ... I can't believe I'm the only one out there who is trying to get this working ... anyway. I've installed the sharp-compat-libs as well as Opera7 and I finally have it loading!! Kind of ... it STILL segfaults but on this: opera: vxmplugin.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory Segmentation fault I've checked the /root/.opie/opie.ini file and found this: voicexmlplugin=/home/QtPalmtop/opera/voice/vxmplugin.so.0.1 and it DOES exist!! but for some reason the d@mn thing wont load it? Possibly due to the linking? if so, how would I like that lib in? I've tried the usual symlink approach and adding the path to /etc/ld.so.conf but nothing works.
