At the rate things are going it could be a little close, but I think if I make 
a concerted effort I can get quite a few of the blockers fixed (assistance 
welcome ;)

If everyone else could please speak up regarding Erik's suggested freeze date 
so we can make a final decision, that would be great.

I have created a master bug #1837 for the 1.2.3 release 
(http://opie-bugs.oszine.de/view.php?id=1837). I would suggest that all 
developers and other interested people add themselves as monitors on that 
bug.

I've updated the release plan page 
(http://opie.handhelds.org/cgi-bin/moin.cgi/Opie123ReleasePlan) to link to 
the release master bug. I would suggest that developers subscribe to that 
wiki page as well in order to be notified of any changes.
