Well, forgetting bluetooth for a second, just try OBEX via IR. Enable IR, 
enable receive. Grab an IR-equipped phone (or another handheld using 
WinCE/GPE/Opie 1.2.1 or older) and try to send a contact via IR to the 
device. In 1.2.1, it works - you get a prompt asking if you want to save the 
contact. In the latest build (built using familiar-build with CVSDATE 
yesterday, for h3600 on an iPAQ h3850) it doesn't - you get notification that 
the other device is detected, but nothing else happens. I tested receiving a 
contact using irobex_palm3 on the same device and it worked, so the base OBEX 
functionality works, just Opie's OBEX stuff doesn't.
