it was the solution, I take the following fonts from familiar 0.8 / opie
installation was no problem.
qte-font-courier_2.3.7-r21_all.ipk qte-font-micro_3.2.1-r1_all.ipk
qte-font-fixed_3.2.1-r1_all.ipk qte-font-smallsmooth_3.2.1-r1_all.ipk
qte-font-helvetica-large_3.2.1-r1_all.ipk qte-font-smoothtimes_3.2.1-r1_all.ipk
qte-font-helvetica-small_3.2.1-r1_all.ipk qte-font-unicode_3.2.1-r1_all.ipk
qte-font-lcd_2.3.7-r21_all.ipk qte-fonts-common_3.2.1-r1_all.ipk

graphit is ok, neocal shows some (but not all) missing font - I have to see ...
both applications have a strange behaviour when opening a second window
these windows are flickering (not the main window)
has anybody a solution for this?
Karsten

thanks
