Timeshift-sync with Qtopia Desktop

Hi,

I am using Qtopia Desktop (2.2.0 and 1.7.0) to sync my datebook with
Outlook. Unfortunatly all appointments on my iPaq are one hour to late, so I
used the workaround of setting the iPaq timezone to "London". It worked
until the beginning of daylight saving time, now the problem arises again.
Is there any permanent solution to this problem?
