Do you have any specific suggestions what the OpenZaurus website offers
that you'd like to see for Familiar?

Both websites have a "Download" section which would seem to
cover this use case.

I'm not sure what you're actually looking for. Source code is only
required if you want to build packages yourself which you say
you don't want to do.

If you follow one of the links in the "Download" section, the
installation guide should guide you through the installation
on any of the supported iPAQs.

Once installed, keeping things up to date within one release is
a matter of running "ipkg update && ipkg upgrade" as mentioned in the
installation guide.

To ease upgrades from one release to another we could probably
make pregenerated .conf files containing feed locations available
through the website.
